The business and the pain

A small appointment business (salon, clinic, studio) needs its own app, but has nowhere near a startup’s budget. And its customers no longer want to book by phone. They want two taps from mobile, a reminder before, done.

What the system does

One platform serving many businesses: each gets an app and site under its own name, colors and identity, on one shared backend. Customer booking, staff calendar with role-based access, automatic reminders, all fully in Hebrew. The first business is already live in the field, with real customers booking every day.

The details that prove deep specification

• Onboarding a new business is a config file, not a new project: branding, services and opening hours, and it’s live.
• The Expo staff app and the customer PWA run on exactly the same backend. One change updates both.
• Business separation lives in the schema itself: bookings, roles and reminders are scoped per business from the root, not as an afterthought.
