The client tracked commissions across dozens of suppliers and franchised restaurants by hand — and because every supplier named the same restaurant differently, reconciling what a supplier reported against what a franchisee reported turned into a monthly pile of emails and spreadsheets. We specified and built a system around that exact workflow: suppliers and franchisees submit their reports through secure links, the system matches restaurant aliases automatically, cross-references supplier amounts against franchisee amounts, flags the gaps for review, and produces per-management-company commission invoices at the end of each settlement period.
