TicoVision

TicoVision is a multi-tenant CRM we built alongside an Israeli accounting firm, mapped step by step to the way they actually manage fees and chase payments. We specified it hand-in-hand with the firm’s own workflow — annual fee calculation, tiered discounts by payment method, and a letter engine that generates personalized collection notices and routes each one to the right payment flow. Under the hood it runs on Supabase with row-level security isolating every tenant, a services layer that scopes every query to its firm, and document generation that turns Hebrew fee letters into email-ready PDFs. It’s built to carry a practice from hundreds of clients to thousands without the process breaking.
